Welcome to FoCuS which is a funny name because I am often anything but focused. But when I FoCuS, the fun, playful and beautiful happen.

I wasn’t looking to start any business, let along a mahjong business. But playing for hours at a time with friends and strangers was a gateway. Collecting vintage and modern sets was supposed to be enough, but somewhere along the way, something changed. I am not excited about corporate life anymore (been there, done that) so why not indulge my passion and give it my FoCuS? What exactly I’ve done remains to be seen. But this is my amusement for now along with flowers and a little fauna, frocks, baubles, and travel adventures. I hope you’ll enjoy the frolic with me.

The mother sparrow in Two Sparrows Mahjong (TSM) is a friend and mentors on this unexpected journey. TSM continues to create and offer thoughtful, unique products while we collaborate to launch tiny capsules of cuteness. They have some fun and interesting things in the pipeline that I can’t wait to see go live. Some FoCuS products will complement TSM designs, but the FoCuS capsules could contain just about anything, so stay tuned as we add nuggets from time to time.
